PanelObserver::PanelContextHelpRequested

Event handler for context help requested notification.

Parameters

ev

A reference to the event.

contextHelpText

Output parameter: the application should specify a string here containing the message to be displayed. If the string is omitted DG tries to load the message from the resources.
